Context

Trustmate is a leader in the Polish market for e-commerce review management systems. After building a strong local presence, the company faced the next stage of its development: scaling its operations in international markets.The strategy assumed expansion through acquisitions of foreign entities. This meant working simultaneously on several European markets, defining clear investment criteria, and conducting talks with numerous potential acquisition targets.The project was multifaceted:
  • several markets (including Italy, Germany, and Spain),
  • limited investment budget,
  • the need to quickly verify potential and risks,
  • building relationships with founders and foreign teams,
  • conducting talks and negotiations in parallel.
