Triny.pl, a brand operating in the natural cosmetics segment, faced a strategic decision after 13 years of building a business: sell the company or close down.
The company had prepared some of the materials from the previous process, but previous sales attempts with another advisor failed to lead to concrete discussions.
The biggest challenges were:
- preparing documentation at a level that engaged investors,
- conducting the process in a very short timeframe of three months,
- actively managing communication with investors during the holiday season,
- maintaining the pace of discussions and process continuity,
- protecting the founders’ interests and supporting them in the emotional decision to sell the company they had built for over a decade.
